About Us

Eric Allen, MA, obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in both Psychology and Philosophy from Messiah College, in Grantham Pennsylvania. He went on to receive a Master’s of Psychology at Marywood University, in Scranton Pennsylvania and has obtained certifications in Behavior Specialist Consultation as well as eco-systemic trauma-informed family therapy. Eric has over 17 years of experience running support groups, providing outpatient therapy and behavioral consultation services, inpatient crisis intervention and assessment, student risk assessments, counselor supervision, training, treatment plan development and implementation, neuropsychological administration, school behavior planning, business and life coaching, and holistic counseling services for patients within an alternative treatment facility. Eric is passionate about bringing the best that multiple schools of psychology have to offer in the work he does with a holistic approach that leaves no stone unturned.

Eric is the creator of College Success Coaching and the Koppa Gamma Tau program. For over 4 years this uniquely designed program has benefited students around the world with a proven model of coaching that prepares and supports them for the academic, social, emotional, and vocational challenges of today and tomorrow.

 

 

Kris R. Liebegott, BA, MS, currently serves as the Dean of Students at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Prior to serving in his current position, Kris held served as Director of Student Life at The Sage Colleges and held positions in Student Activities, Leadership Development, Judicial Affairs, Greek Life, and Residence Life. He has 14 year’s experience in higher education at two-year and four-year institutions; which includes colleges and universities in the public, private, and for-profit sector. Kris received his Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from Marywood University and his Bachelors of Art in Marketing Communications from Elizabethtown College.
